Indian Masala started with a simple idea: bring the bold, comforting flavours of home-style Indian cooking to Northern Ontario without the wait, the wallet-drain or the fuss. From our Greater Sudbury kitchen to our North Bay location, every curry is simmered from scratch, every parantha is hand-rolled, and every naan comes fresh off the tandoor.
